Phill Norman is a Mindfulness Therapist, having completed training in the evidence-based models of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT). He is also a psychology graduate, a qualified counsellor and mental health worker.
He has over fifteen years’ experience in practicing mindfulness and meditation techniques, over ten years’ experience in teaching meditation and mindfulness to the general public, and was previously ordained as a Buddhist monk for seven years.
Phill runs mindfulness classes and an eight-week mindfulness course at the clinic. Phill is passionate about teaching mindfulness skills to people to help them achieve their goals and experience a state of emotional balance and fulfillment.
