Skin Food Bed Time Bath Soak

Beautiful glowing skin starts from within, but there’s nothing like a little luxury now and then.  We have created some skin treats to spoil your skin with and allow you to take some time out for you.

These bath salts have gorgeous skin softening, muscle relaxing and mind calming properties that will have you falling in love with your skin, and are a lovely way to prepare you for a peaceful sleep.

Using ingredients you have at home in your garden or pantry, mix yourself up a batch and introduce this Bed Time Bath Soak to your nightly routine.


  • Skin Food


Preparations time: 5 mins



1 cup Dead Sea Bath Salts

2 tbsp dried lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

2 tbsp dried chamomile flowers (or chamomile tea) (Matricaria recutita)

2 tbsp dried lemon balm (or lemon balm tea) (Melissa officinalis)

20 drops lavender essential oil




  1. Combine all the ingredients except the essential oil in a glass jar and shake or stir will to combine.
  2. Add the Bath Soak mix to a bath whilst the water is running.
  3. Turn off the water and add the essential oil and gently swirl through the water before hopping in to soak.
